Hey guys, we go riding outsides with our fitting cycling clothing, but do you know how it is made? Can you tell the difference from one jersey to another jersey? Do you think it’s worthy for you to spend much more money on the cycling clothing while there are some clothing with the same quality but lower prices? Let me bring you to the factory to explore the secret of the cycling clothing that we always ignore among the cycling equipments.
Our design and sales office is located downtown and the factory is in the suburbs. I am new to the company and this is the first time I visiting the factory, so I am a little excited.
When I am arrived at the factory the workers are having lunch so the workshop was empty, leaving the sewing machine and the pieces of clothing.
?

After lunch time, the factory start running and I went into the printing room. All the graphics that designed by our design team are sent to the printing room and printed.
The printer is working. It’s a big guy er ha.
?

After printing the graphics on the papers, the worker put the papers onto the fabric pieces and setup the Dye-Sublimation Printer. A dye-sublimation printer (or dye-sub printer) is a computer printer which employs a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto medium materials such as a plastic card, paper, or fabric.

The graphics is printed on the fabric pieces!

?

The sophisticated workers are sewing the fabric pieces. This is the important step for making clothing because it matter with the looseness, tightness and fastness of the clothing. After sewing, a brand new cycling jersey almost made out.
?

The factory manger is supervising and the workers dare not be lazy. ?:-)
?

Every new cycling clothing has to be ironed and pressed.
?

The last step is to add on the paper label. Then everything is done.
?

Let me show you other photos.
This is the strict factory rules that every worker has to comply with.
